Ministry of Justice has submitted to Parliament the new law "Antimafie", which deals with seizure of illegal assets. Are these changes necessary? Are there other gaps in existing law to be repaired?

The first change is add the article 2 / 2, "Definitions", which is defined in the second paragraph that: "a suspect" is, despite the concepts used in the Code of Criminal Procedure, the person suspected of participating in organized crime , regardless of whether it has to start, has begun, continued or completed a criminal proceeding and who owns property as a result of illegal activities.
